DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product free of charge for a refund, exchange that product for another or receive store credit. However, we do extensively check the quality of every product prior to shipment. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt. Any product you return must be in perfectly salable condition in the original packaging with all tags attached and unworn. If any of the original tags are missing you can be charged additional fees. This would be taken out of your store credit. Made-to-order items are not returnable. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you as we complete the return process. Please note - shipping cost is non-refundable. To check the status of an existing return, or to initialize a return, please contact us at care@lovesick.online.

Please note: Face Mask Safe Pack (50 pieces) are not eligible for returns and refunds due to the nature of the product and personal hygiene safety purposes. The masks that are sold are not "Private label" and are not associated with any specific brand or manufacturer. They are sold solely for protection purposes as face masks and are marketed accordingly. Images used to display the product may wary from actual packaging of product sold.

Please note that the shipping addresses that are used for delivering orders by the shipping carriers are copied exactly as indicated by customer during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a valid address in clear form with detailed information if needed. In case of any errors that are made with the addresses during checkout and that result in the shipping carrier returning orders back to sender, LOVESICK does not cover costs for reverse international delivery. If any refunds are to be issued to the customer, LOVESICK reserves the right to maintain a processing fee of 30% of the total order amount paid by customer in addition to all international shipping costs.
